Job Description:

We're hiring a Loan Officer Assistant who will work directly alongside our Loan Officers and lenders to help our clients through the mortgage loan process. You'll contact prospective leads, get applicants mortgage ready, and be the main point of contact for the client from beginning to end. If you're a detail-oriented employee with strong sales, negotiation, and time management skills, we highly encourage you to apply.


Compensation:


$30,000 - $100,000 yearly


Responsibilities:


Calling company-provided leads

Building rapport with prospects

Collecting data for applications

Following up with clientele regularly and providing loan status updates

Completing tasks as necessary for each file

Getting clients to closing as efficiently as possible


Qualifications:


Strong sales and negotiation skills

Strong communication skills

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
