SUMMARYThis position is part of the Thermal Management Development North America organization (TNDC). Specifically, the Engineering Methods and Tools Department to support the BU3 Program Managers in resolving Methods and Tools issues.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Management and Project Managers in BU3 in North America and in BU4-X (Compressors) globally by solving their daily issues related to methods or tools used in Project Management
• Create and deliver training for Project Managers regarding the methods, processes, and tools used by Project Managers at MAHLE including SAP PPM, Easy DMS, and the Product Development Process
• Maintain and improve online documentation to provide helpful resources to Project Managers using MAHLE Connect
• Implement new methods and tools as developed by the global team
• Implement new generation of Project Management tools and methods using PTC Windchill
• Plan and develop aids, documentation, and/or reports that are helpful and/or beneficial to the organizationQUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Engineering or Program Management in the automotive setting
  • Familiarity with basic aspects of Project Management (budgeting, scheduling, reporting, resource management, quality gates, etc.)
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and Power-point
  • Exceptional aptitude for learning computer software
  • Knowledge of Product Development Processes for the Automotive industry
  • Familiarity with TS16949 requirements as well as other industry standards
  • Knowledge of Project Management functions and responsibilities (budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and resource management)
