  As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality of user workstations as well as providing active IT support for the entire company. The Systems Engineer manages the Help Desk while maintaining documentation validity. Along with managing licensing, certificates, auditing systems, and helping with IT projects. The ideal Systems Engineer candidate would posses strong organizational and communication skills, as well as quick problem-solving abilities. The following includes more details on what you'll handle on a day-to-day basis:
  • Communicating with staff regarding computer/system issues
  • Take numerous incoming calls from all locations throughout the entire company
  • Manage the Help Desk
  • Manage Inventory
  • Work within the company's on-site work requirements to provide assistance and support both in person and remotely (Hybrid Work)
  • Ability to create knowledge articles for end user training
  • Maintaining licensing, SSL Certs, and Accounts
  • Manage server updates and hardware firmware updates for after hours maintenance What We Need:
    • An Associates Degree and working towards Bachelors in Computer Science or related fields, or 3 years of practical related experience
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Problem solving skills and have the ability to give precise directions to staff over the phone
    • Experience with Office365, Zoom, Five9, MDM, and Windows Server OS
    • Background knowledge of Router and Switch Hardware Physical Requirements:
      • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods
      • Requires the ability to move about inside the office
      • Must be able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds
      • Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers
      • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator and printer
