Responsibilities:Basic hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting.Basic network troubleshooting.Compliance reports.Compliance remediation tasks.Create hardware and systems documentation.Help with repetitive technical tasks.Keeping local inventory.Activities/ Tasks:End user and end point equipment support.Generate compliance reports for end point equipment and participate in the remediation tasks, generate and update technical and administrative documentation. Support the IT team in their day-to-day tasks.Qualifications:Able to start right away.Must be able to work at least 20 hours a week.Available to work 1-2 year with flexible work schedule to accommodate school schedule.
