Job Flexibility ---- - -Hybrid Position: The role will allow employees to work offsite but will also require onsite work-based business needs. - Overview -This position is an integral part of the Cummins-Meritor operational finance team. In this role, the Finance Manager of SC Transformation's primary responsibility will be to provide Finance business case support and reporting in relating to the Cummins-Meritor Supply Chain Transformation program. It will serve as a key member of the SC transformation team, enabling value streams to achieve their project objectives. Also, this role will support total Cummins-Meritor Capital management and reporting. Job Responsibilities ---- Assist in managing, tracking and reporting expansive programs consisting of multiple smaller initiatives--- Aid in the development of Appropriation Requests financials to support CM initiatives--- Support value stream(s) decision making with financial analysis and metric reporting--- Support planning, forecast and reporting needs for SC transformation initiative.--- Collaborate across value streams and functions to ensure financial implications or changes are clear, and to ensure decisions we make deliver maximum value for the CM enterprise.--- Build long term financial models to show the impact of our investments on the overall CM business--- Provide FP&A support with program support including timing and financial metrics--- Support capital process for the supply chain transformation program & CM as a whole--- Assist with the development of the Capital forecast and annual operating plan (AOP)--- Develop strong relationships with functional and plant business partners to open clear communication to improve financial accuracy--- Assist with special projects, corporate requirements, and ad-hoc plant reporting as required
