full lifecycle recruiting, including reviewing, screening, and
recommending placements by using creative sourcing methods for
their designated region and line of business. This role offers
exposure to Field Recruitment, supporting scaling front-line

projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting in partnership with field
operations leadership to determine staffing needs.
- Review and qualify applicant resumes according to hiring
manager needs.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate
fit.
- Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, in-person) between
candidates and hiring teams.
- Coordinate assessments and references, and make hiring
recommendations.
- Deliver and explain offer letters, including benefits and
compensation details.
- Utilize traditional and non-traditional sourcing channels to
attract candidates.
- Support pre-employment screenings and develop sourcing
strategies.
- Manage college and university partnership programs.
- Assist with internal employee transfer processes in partnership
with HR.
- Follow up for feedback from candidates and hiring
managers.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders to achieve staffing
goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage candidate activity and resume files in Workday
ATS.Requirements:
- 4-year College Degree (preferred).
- 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably
across operational industries.
- Some travel required.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of employment standards, employee relations, and
onboarding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management
skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.Physical and

- Ability to handle heavy call volume and lift up to 20
