Shipping and Recieving Clerk Wanted In Troy Our client in Troy, MI is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. This first shift position is temp to hire, long term, and has the potential to grow. Don't wait--- apply today! What's in it for you?

• 7AM-3:30 PM

• Located conviently off of 15 Mile and Crooks What will you be doing? Driving Fork Lift
  • • Receiving of parts
    • Cursory review of customer purchase order / work order
    • Counting of parts
    • Visual inspection of parts for shipping damage
    • Identify incoming work via stamping, tagging, etc.
    • Move parts and travelers to appropriate inspection areas
    • Packaging of parts for outgoing shipments
    • Create bill of lading, UPS, USPS, Fed-Ex etc.
    • Contact customers when jobs are completed
    • Provide support as needed to the Customer Service department
    • Observe the Corporate Quality Assurance and Quality System policies at all times.
    • Create and monitor multiple shipping and metrics logs
    • Manage film recycling logs
    • Manage the Troy Quality Management System Team Site
    • Responsibility of purchasing and log in GL
    • Create and review purchase orders for correctness
    • Monitor calibration and chemical POs reflect correctly
    • Assist with accounts payable What do you bring?
      • Valid Driver License
      • High School Diploma or GED
      • Reliable Transportion to and from Troy
      • • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
        • Ability to follow safety regulations.
        • HMIS labeling, hazardous material control, and ability to coordinate truck traffic.
        • Computer literate with emphasis on Microsoft Outlook, Word, , Excel, and SharePoint
        • Ability to read and understand technical documents relating to the applicable method.
        • High level of interpersonal communication skills.
