Description:-Candidates will be doing facility maintenance at various MSGCU locations (18 within Macomb and Oakland county - 1 location in Livonia).-They will get a company vehicle that they can take home with all tools provided and a phone.-Typical day they would most likely start in Troy and look at the computer maintenance program to see what needs to be done and prioritize by job and location.-There are times where they may start in a different location.-They could be fixing, minor electrical, plumbing, paint work, drywall, and HVAC concerns.-Anything major is subcontracted out and would be managing the vendors. -They will also help with new location buildouts and do PM's.-There will be working from heights, bending, carrying and pushing involved.-Will have some customer and team interaction throughout the day, so will need to be professional and courteous.M-F 40hrs. Usually like 7a-3:30/4p. OT available, some required and some voluntary and occasional Saturdays.Must:-5 yrs Facility Maintenance within commercial, industrial or multi family home properties.-Knowledge of Carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, painting-Computer Skills (Browsing programs for maintenance, and inputting data, and sending emails)-Clean Driving record (For company vehicle)-Experience supporting and maintaining multiple locations at timeAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
