Job Summary:

• 
  
• Familiar with standard operating procedures to complete the established plan.
  
• Use the crane to replace the mold and monitor the startup process of the injection molding machine and assist the team leader to maintain normal production.
  
• In the operation process, prevent and eliminate the factors causing defects, especially the prevention and elimination of defects of injection molded parts.
  
• Ensure the normal production of products in the company, and carry out daily maintenance and repair of molds.
  
  
  Essential Duties include but not limited to:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Abide by the company's rules and regulations, strictly implement the mold repair, maintenance and operation procedures, and earnestly perform their own responsibilities
    
  • Able to write Mold maintenance standard work instructions
    
  • Be able to put forward improvement schemes, improve the service life of molds and devices, and reduce waste damage caused by molds and devices
    
  • Participate in the trial verification of new molds
    
  • Complete the mold maintenance work carefully and on time
    
  • Repair various mold problems, defective components, keeping up molds and performing equipment changeovers
    
  • Be familiar with inspection procedures and carry out spot inspection in strict accordance with the requirements of die maintenance inspection and record the daily spot checks
    
  • Implement various on-site management rules of 6S
    
  • More than 3 years working experience, good physical quality and concentrated energy
    
  • Implement the index requirements of product quality standards and process documents
    
  • Be proficient in using common tools or equipment and be able to eliminate general faults
    
    
    Qualifications:
    
    
    • 
      
    • General understanding of mechanics
      
    • Familiar with die/ mold structure principle and able to repair complex molds independently
      
    • Have the ability of daily mold maintenance
      
    • Familiar with relevant knowledge and skills required by automotive electrical industry
      
    • Have at least 3 years working experience in mold maintenance
      
    • Mold or mechanical major is preferred, able to understand CAD drawings
      
    • Strong sense of responsibility, strong self-discipline, strong team work ability.
      
    • Strong ability to problem solving and identify defective parts
      
    • Technical secondary school degree in electronics, electrical and other related majors
      
    • Have excellent vision, able to lift to fifty pounds at a time and physically capable of moving around frequently without risking his own or his co-workers' safety
      
    • Familiar with Microsoft office
