Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday -What You'll Do As A Permits
Analyst:The Permits Analyst will be responsible for retrieving
permits from multiple cities, townships, and states. The permits
are highly important since they are needed for our installers to be
able to work on the customer's home for installing any of our home
improvement products. The ideal candidate possesses strong
organizational skills, as well as the ability to use problem
solving skills. The following include more detailed information on
what you'll be handling on a day-to-day basis:
- Contacting cities, townships and states to learn about the
permits process for their area
- Informing the city, township and/or state what type of install
is taking place on the customer's home and purchasing the
permit
- Entering notes into the customer's personal profile in our
computer system. This helps the project coordinators, schedulers
and processors understand where we are at with the permits
process
- Update information whenever needed; for example, when there is
a new hire in the city, township or state so we know who our point
of contact person is at all times -What We Need:
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of professional work
experience
- Must have basic computer skills, including MS Word and
Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Great organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic math skills
- Experience in the home improvement or remodeling industry is
