Ricardo Defense is seeking a Director of Acquisition Logistics to lead our growing organization of Acquisition Logistics professionals supporting our Department of Defense (DoD) customers and Industry Partners across the full life cycle of military ground vehicles, robotics, and watercraft. This senior-level position will lead Ricardo Defense's continued expansion of Life Cycle Logistics capabilities in the areas of: - Acquisition Logistics - Predictive Logistics - System Modernization - System Sustainment - Provisioning - Technical Publications - Total Package Fielding - Field-based RetrofitQualified candidates will have DoD Acquisition Logistics experience with strong knowledge of the various milestones in acquisition and sustainment of military systems to establish and assist in the planning, development, coordination, and execution of Logistics initiatives. In addition, the ideal candidate will have the ability to cultivate external relationships and represent Ricardo Defense in customer engagements and business growth opportunities as a subject matter expert in Life Cycle Logistics.The Director of Acquisition Logistics will lead our Life Cycle Logistics organization and will be responsible for developing and implementing Ricardo Defense's strategic roadmap for Logistics initiatives that align with our customers highest priorities and most pressing challenges. The Director of Acquisition Logistics will also oversee the growth and development of employees within our Acquisition Logistics organization to ensure that we offer our customers highly qualified Acquisition Logistics resources to successfully execute project requirements and deliverables.Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an applicable field of study
• Minimum of 15 years of Acquisition Logistics experience supporting the DoD in all Life Cycle Milestones including sustainment and obsolescence
• Minimum of 5 years' experience leading teams
• Experience in developing strategies for capability and business growth
• Must possess excellent customer-facing verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess excellent presentation skills and ability to create standout presentations
• Ability to effectively collaborate in multidisciplined and diverse team environments
• Ability to coach and mentor employees
• Ability to provide effective and constructive feedback
