Description:
The Candidate is required to have extensive experience in some or
all of the Customer Experience Management Domains in the Aero
manufacturing industry. The domain includes CRM, Sales and
Marketing management, Channel Partner management, eCommerce, MRO,
Service and Warranty, Leasing and Rentals. He / She is will be
expected to interact with the Business organizations of the Fortune
500 customers and be responsible for:
--- Providing thought leadership on Industry 4.0 and its
applications to the Aero Industry.
--- Conceptualizing innovative solutions for Business
transformation unique to each customer using digital and emerging
technologies including advanced analytics
--- Replying to Proposal requests and leading proposal defense
presentations in the CEM domain.
--- Leading consulting engagements in CEM domain projects
The selected candidate will be a part of the Customer Experience
Management team within the Innovation & Transformation Group.
Responsibilities:
--- Provide vision, roadmap and act as an advisor to the senior
leadership of clients through subject matter expertise and thought
leadership
--- Bottoms up and Top down opportunities creation within the
Customer ecosystem by assessing the current landscape and by
defining innovative business solutions
--- Influencing revenue generation by building business
connects
--- Have a clear understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and its
applications to the Aero Industry
--- Lead and help to shape solution approaches and design by
integrating capabilities across the organization - Proof of
concept, MVP, transformation program etc.
--- Advise clients on fit for purpose solution whether custom built
or best of breed solution from process and technology
standpoint
--- Lead consulting engagements in CEM and contribute in preparing
Business Blueprints, product evaluations and fitment analysis and
Implementation Roadmaps
--- Lead Global programs of Scale in the CEM domain
--- Interact with analysts, marketing channels, existing or new
solution partners
--- Build service offerings and capabilities
--- Build the next level of consulting team
Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management
--- Direct experience gained ideally from previous employment
within the Aero industry and / or through a business consulting
firm in advisory role
--- Work experience in any or all of the following Customer
Experience management Aero areas: CRM, Sales and Marketing, Service
and Warranty, MRO, Channel Partner Management, eCommerce,
Analytics, Leasing and Rentals
--- Exposure to CRM COTS products (e.g Salesforce, SAP Hybris,
etc.) would be an added bonus
--- Has a broad outlook of the manufacturing value chain processes
& functions, industry trends and enabling technologies.
--- Exposure to Industry 4.0 concepts is a must.
--- Understands the nuances of the Aero industry with the business
KPIs
--- Exposure to Process improvement methodologies like Value Stream
Analysis
--- Experience in Project Management is a bonus but not
necessary
--- Business Consulting Orientation is a must.
