Job Number: 241224Application Support Analyst Job DescriptionApplication Support AnalystMust Have Skills: Desire to learn and be proactive in learning. Ability to interpret user requirements and business functional design including system flows and information flows. Ability to assist in supporting MS Power Platform solutions and Service Now Solutions as well as other OCG related tech solutions. Ability to assist in providing on-call support for production systems and new releases. Ability to assist with software and data mapping and configuration specifications and implement changes. Ability to handle calls/meeting of at least 4 hours of ET Other Areas of Desired Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel SharePoint) Knowledge in Azure DevOps or the ability to learn this solution and Agile WoW Experience with MS Power Portal and the desire to increase their knowledge in this space. Work in sync with internal business team members, external clients, and suppliersNote: The ideal candidate will have knowledge in Azure DevOps or the ability to learn this solution as well as Agile WoW; and have the ability to interpret user requirements and business functional design including system flows and information flows.
