Job Flexibility----- -- --Hybrid Position: The role will allow employees to work offsite but will also require onsite work-based business needs.-- Overview--This position will lead the implementation of Meritor's global Rough Cut Capacity Planning. This position will be responsible for developing a standard process for collecting global, cross-functional inputs to ensure key business owners' demand is accurately captured and the global procurement team's capacity is adequate and accurately portrayed. The candidate will work closely with the company's procurement solutions team, Global capacity team and 3rd party experts to integrate the process into the company's supplier collaboration portal and Blue Yonder applications. Job Responsibilities--The over-arching objectives of this high-visibility position are to standardize and automate the Worldwide Procurement Organization's process for capacity planning with particular emphasis placed on the company's globally expanding product lines. The candidate will own, maintain, expand and improve the process on an ongoing basis while making data-driven inferences of the process to identify actions required of the global procurement team. The candidate will be highly impactful on our organization, drive efficiencies and regularly interact with and report to senior management. --- Manage a global capacity planning process and lead the process integration into the company's Rough-Cut Capacity and BI systems.---Coordinate and assist the Global Capacity Product managers within the RCCP and supply planning process within Blue Yonder and collaboration portal.---Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet capacity and network requirements and turn-up timelines---Identify and inform the organization of risks and high-priority issues rapidly and effectively---Lead cross-functional teams to efficiently address high-priority issues---Travel 10-20% to review projects and gather critical inputs from global stakeholders
