Job Description Our client of 18 years who is a large financial insurance company in Troy, is looking to add several people to their Loss Draft Customer Service, Quality Control, Insurance Processing, and Imaging departments. The Customer Service team members assist with the management of damage claims to homes all over the country. There is interaction with homeowners who are working to repair their homes. The Customer Service is responsible for meeting lender requirements for repairs by verifying builder licenses, contractor insurance requirements among other criteria so the repairs may be made to lender standards. On occasion Customer Service will receive inbound calls from homeowners who have experienced an insurance loss. Typically, callers are distressed and unsure about the appropriate steps needed to work through the repair process. It is the responsibility of the Loss Draft Customer Service team to assist callers with the process by gathering appropriate information and guide them through the claim process. Candidates will be provided a series of tests to assess speed and accuracy of data entry, and customer service skills, along with proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior to starting candidates are required to take a drug test and a criminal background check. Quality Control Coordinator will be responsible for performing quality reviews to assure Verify team is entering insurance information correctly. Emphasis is on accuracy, requires attention to detail, updating QC report, knowledge of OCR for AnyDoc software and Verify procedures. Imaging Clerk is responsible for identifying and sorting all mail received in the imaging services mailroom. Delivering non-insurance documents to the operate client manager. --- Deliver non-insurance documents to appropriate client to managers. The Insurance Processing Clerk is responsible for maintaining workbaskets in imaging system to ensure mail is processed within the set deadlines set forth in the Business Rules. I Pay Rate for the Customer Service Associate is $15.00 to $16.00 per hour. Work hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. While this position can be a work from home opportunity. Candidates must be able to pick up computers locally in Troy Michigan.
