                          • Strong desire to learn and open to feedbackResponsibilities of a Fitness Sales Associate:
                            • Provide exceptional level of customer service to prospects and members
                              • Create an environment of support and encouragement
                                • Greet members, manage class check-ins, announce monthly promotions
                                  • Contact prospects via face-to-face, phone, text and email communication
                                    • Engage with prospects to determine fitness goals, develop rapport and book intro classes
                                      • Sell memberships; learn and understand the options, effectively communicate them to prospects, overcome objections and close sale
                                        • Help onboard new members
                                          • Provide assistance and information on product features and membership details
                                            • Become proficient with the client management software to troubleshoot member account inquiries and issues including class credits, billing details, cancellations, upgrades and downgrades, etc.
                                              • Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
                                                • Engage members in Retail to increase sales
                                                  • Develop sales skills through consistent training and roleplaying
                                                    • Participate in grassroots marketing and community outreach events
                                                      • Maintain cleanliness and organization of studioCompensation & Perks:
                                                        • This position is paid hourly plus sales commission
