• Following up on inquiries from a variety of sources such as literature requests, internet searches, quote requests, web orders and other sources
• Interacting daily with potential customers via outbound phone calls, chat and emails
• Maintaining detailed records in a CRM system
• Up-selling and cross-selling technical products
• Order Entry
• Assuming other duties and responsibilities as neededThe background you'll need:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum two years of experience in one of the following fields
    • Business-to-business sales
    • Lead generation in a business setting
    • Customer service
    • Tech support
    • Desire to grow professionally
