Our client has a need for a Direct Hire Sales Account Manage (Remote). Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening. For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client. Direct Hire Sales Account Manage (Remote) Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a Direct Hire Sales Account Manage (Remote) will include: Develop and maintain national key account(s) and manage the sales promotional activities for an assigned product or products lines in the passenger vehicle market. Partners with the company and its current and potential customers to anticipate, develop, and fulfill their current and future needs. Partners with Product Development, Product Engineering, and Applications Engineering to integrate the voice of the customer into product design and performance capabilities. Properly executes, with internal company team members, requirements in compliance with the company New Product Launch Process and Procedures (within SOP 70.X). Assists Sales Team Leader in the development of marketing strategies, identification of new opportunities and serves as a liaison between sales and other departments with respect to product improvement needs, new products and new markets and anticipated competitive threats or actions. Assists Sales Team Leader for the establishment of sales forecasts and budgets, evaluation of competition, development of pricing strategies and the evaluation of market share and growth. Provides quotations and pricing to meet the business needs of the company and its??? customers. Maintains necessary records of all communications between the company and its??? customers with all critical communications in documented form or within eCRM. Provide customer feedback, customer satisfaction surveys, communication of industry trends and other useful information to the Business Development Department and other stakeholders within the company. Identifies and resolves specific customer concerns and executes correction strategies. Issues may require resolution in compliance with appropriate the company Corrective Action Procedure(s). Willingness to perform overnight travel as required (approximately 60% travel). Maintains a highly cooperative, team-oriented demeanor with others in the execution of all responsibilities. The responsibility and authority for the Quality Functions for this position are defined in the Level 2 Procedures, Level 3 Work Instructions and the Authority Matrix (Appendix C) of the company???s Quality Manual. Assumes responsibility for related initiatives as needs arise. Continuously strives for improvement in performance of all responsibilities. Direct Hire Sales Account Manage (Remote) Job Requirements As a Direct Hire Sales Account Manage (Remote) you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor???s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing/Sales or related area or equivalent experience required. Significant sales and customer relationship experience in the industry and market required. Metal/Plastic assembly???s knowledge and experience preferred. Ability to coordinate and manage multiple programs. Highly motivated self-starter. Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software including; Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer and PowerPoint. Must maintain a U.S. Passport for the performance of responsibilities.
