Data must be accurately entered into CRM software, XactAnalyis and will be transmitted electronically to field offices who will mobilize appropriate personnel. Attention to detail, strong customer service skills and the ability to provide compassionate and supportive responses while dealing with home owners is a must. The call center is a 24-7 operation, candidate will be assigned to the appropriate shift.ResponsibilitiesResponsible to maintain a professional presence while answering calls.Willing to work 2:00pm - 10:pm shiftUse discretion as necessary when routing calls or providing information regarding the organization to callers.Adapt quickly with changes to process and procedures within BELFOR to support insurance industry requirements and BELFOR emergency response personnelFollow precise client required protocols and BELFOR proceduresOperate effectively and professionally in close team environment requiring self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environmentPDN-99213781-435c-43a2-979f-3f2e7a56b859
