Responsibilities:
We are looking for experts who are passionate about real estate and helping others! As an expert on the team you will be responsible for helping clients find their dream home or sell their current home. You will be responsible for guiding the clients through the home buying and selling process. The #1 focus will be on customer service and communicating with your clients.

--- Working with sellers.
--- Preparing Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) and listing presentations.
--- Open houses.
--- Weekly and daily communication with clients.
--- Closings.
--- Reviewing contracts.
