:As a Technical Delivery Manager at United Wholesale Mortgage, you will be responsible for the organization, coordination, execution, and timely delivery of one or more Applications and/or Software products. Our ideal candidate will have strong ownership skills, be detailed oriented, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and can quickly fluctuate between working independently and collaboratively. A track record of success in incremental agile delivery is a must, as is the ability to execute in our fast-paced environment, where code is deployed frequently. Come join our team of over 1,500 technology professionals at the most innovative and disruptive company in the fintech space!WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Working with Senior IT Leadership to execute against our key strategic initiatives within IT, and work towards UWM company goalsPlanning projects, creating high level work breakdowns and monitoring execution progressManaging risks / issues and leading teams to take corrective measuresFacilitating communication across project / product cross-functional teamsAligning deliverables to the projects outcomeCoordinating multiple workstreams and reconciling the dependencies among themManaging stakeholder communicationContributing thought leadership and leveraging best practices for execution efficiency and organizational agility to foster innovation across technology teamsWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:Must Have:2+ years development experience in an agile environmentExperience in software development deliveryExposure to infrastructure technologyDemonstrated experience leading projects or programs in an agile at scale environmentExcellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to create a wide variety of materials in a timely manner, and the ability to describe complex systems and processes simply and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholdersCuriosity, with a drive to learn more about new concepts, ideas, and technologiesDetail-oriented with the ability to lead work from inception through executionA solution-focused mindset during challenges, and the ability to make decisions with limited guidanceStrong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to take initiative, while juggling several prioritiesAbility to both work independently and collaboratively, with a positive attitude, a 'yes' mentality, and the ability to connect and build relationships quicklyThis position requires on-site attendance in Pontiac, MichiganNice to Have:Computer Science degree/or equivalent work experience.Experience in the mortgage industryExperience with work tracking tools, like JiraTHE PLACE & THE PERKS:Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
