Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years
School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. A dedicated Social
Worker is needed to support K-12 students, primarily in middle and
high school, within a residential facility that serves male youth
impacted by sexual violence. This full-time, on-site position
requires 35 hours per week and involves working directly with a
unique and sensitive caseload, providing critical support and
intervention in a residential educational setting. Key
Qualifications: - Valid Michigan Social Worker license is required
(please confirm prior to applying) - Experience working with youth
in residential or educational environments, especially with cases
involving trauma and sexual violence - Preference for candidates
with experience or background aligning with the needs of male
victims/offenders - Ability to work onsite only; virtual caseload
management is not permitted Location: - Position based in Warren,
MI, serving students within the Pontiac City School District
Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive social work services to
students, focusing on trauma-informed care and behavioral support -
Collaborate closely with school and residential facility staff to
develop treatment plans, assess needs, and support students
academic and personal development - Maintain accurate records and
documentation consistent with school and state policies -
Participate in supervision provided by the district to ensure
